We are a small new company that simply believes in supplying Cornwall’s finest restaurants with eco-friendly solutions to their catering needs. We supply eco-friendly packaging, tableware, and kitchen equipment. We do not promise to know everything about sourcing green, but we have learned a great deal through recent projects with Wagamama and Jamie Oliver’s (Recipease, Fifteen, Jamie’s Italian). We think we are pretty good at working out pragmatic solutions that will tick all or most of the boxes, whilst still keeping costs down. Where possible we suggest crockery that uses local clay in its production, and has been manufactured locally. We try to source disposables that are made from ethical and sustainable sources, have lower carbon footprints by minimising their journey, and will be kind to the environment once used.
